Attorneys from Three Rivers Legal Services will provide information on advance directives, including living wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care surrogates.

Participants will learn about the documents needed for advance directives and can receive assistance with filling out the advance directive forms. 

This program will be held at the Ollie May Robinson Senior Center, located at 13349 Weimer Street, Archer, Florida 32618.
