Educating young children on important figures in the Hispanic/Latinx community through reading and activities.
"Little Latin Leaders" is an HLA (UF Hispanic-Latino Affairs) ambassadors initiative that aims to empower Hispanic/Latinx youth by reading them books about historical figures in the Hispanic community.
While the focus is on the Hispanic community in Gainesville, all children are welcome regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity
