Each year, 1 in 4 people over 65 falls. This statistic doesn’t have to be so high. At Bold, we help older adults restore balance and strength through safe and effective online exercise classes.
Building strength and balance through exercise can greatly mitigate someone’s risk of falling.
Join Bold, a fitness community for healthier, stronger aging, this Fall Prevention Awareness Day. The Bold team is sponsoring an hour-long event to raise awareness about this important cause. The event will include a brief overview, a thirty-minute balance-focused fitness class and option for additional assessments or mingling. The event will serve as a fantastic opportunity for our community to learn how to remain strong and Bold as we age.
