Come join Buchholz Tri M Music Honor Society students as they teach the wonders of music to kids.
This class is aimed at introducing younger kids to music. This is not an advanced class that drills in the fundamentals, but a fun way to engage the younger community. Come to the Library Partnership and join the ***Buchholz Tri M Music Honor Society students as they teach the wonders of music.
Parents and Siblings are welcome! (Pre-registration preferred.)
GOALS
To engage younger kids in the wonders of music
To engage the community in musicianship
To get kids to be excited about learning music
This class will have interactive showcasing of music, basic ideas of music, rhythmic patterns, rounds, song patterns
and the use of instruments.

It is designed to recognize students for their academic and musical achievements, reward them for their accomplishments and service activities, and inspire other students to excel at music and leadership.

The Library Partnership: A Neighborhood Resource Center, is a collaborative effort between the Alachua County Library District, Partnership for Strong Families, Department of Children and Families, and United Way of Central Florida. The center is designed as a one-stop resource for a variety of programs which included a full-service library branch. Approximately 30 different agencies provide programing on site.
