Join Suzanne J. Scott, Ph.D., LMFT, for an hour each week to discuss a different life challenge, along with sharing ideas on ways to pick up and find new paths. Take the first step--come and join us!
Come and join us for an hour each week, as we discuss ways to embrace and deal with the changes that face us every day in our lives. From the birth of a child, changing family roles or careers, losing a job, moving to a new home or location, a sudden illness or the death of a loved one. All of these are daily events we face and have to figure out how to navigate our way back to a new normal.
Even changes that are welcomed, can still mean adjustments we might not have anticipated, which can leave us feeling a little thrown off our normal game. Many times, when we aren't able to find ways to readjust and find acceptance, it can lead to feeling unmotivated, anxious and worried about what to do next.
For an hour each week, we will discuss a different challenge, along with sharing ideas on ways to pick up and find new paths to check out. Take the first step -- come and join us.
