Join us in learning about Advance Directives and their importance, as well as learn how to complete your own.
Advance directives are legal documents that allow individuals to specify their preferences for medical treatment and care in the event that they become unable to communicate or make decisions for themselves.
This workshop will focus on a general overview of Advance Directives, including what they are and why they're important. Attendees will then have the opportunity to complete their own Advance Directive if they would like to.
