Learn to play the popular tabletop role-playing game and make some fun crafts along your fantasy adventure! Enjoy programs geared towards adults all summer long at our Adult Summer Camp 2024.
D&D is a social game of collaborative storytelling and problem-solving, using custom characters, dice and a Game Master to help guide your imagination through endless fun and adventures!
In this program series, you will learn the basic rules, create your character sheet, and play. You also have the opportunity to be even more creative: get crafty using Makerspace tools to design your character's miniature to be 3D printed, paint your miniature, make your own dice bag, and more!
Supplies, rulebooks, etc. are provided, but if you want to take a sneak peek at the rules, or get a head start on brainstorming your character, feel free to check out the Player's Handbook or any of the other D&D books we have at the library. You can also look at the common fantasy races here, or character classes here.
Throughout the summer, you're invited to join us for a variety of programs and presentations. Participants are free to come to as many of these programs as they wish. Supplies will be provided and some are limited, where applicable.
