A Tobacco Free Florida program that provides participants with FREE nicotine replacement therapy and other tools and skills to quit smoking . Pre-registration is required.

Interested in quitting tobacco? Let us provide some assistance. This Tobacco Free Florida program developed by ex-smokers will provide you with valuable tools that you need to quit tobacco, such as: talking about what triggers you to smoke, dip, or chew, specific ways to deal with withdrawal symptoms, creating a quit plan that works for you, and up to four FREE weeks of nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges (while supplies last and if medically appropriate). Presented by the Tobacco Free Florida AHEC Cessation Program and Suwannee River Area Health Education Center. Pre-Registration is required.
