Need help with computers or other digital technology? Come see us for help!

In-depth computer and digital technology help is available at Hawthorne Branch every Tuesday morning. Computers will be available to assist patrons, but if you need help with a tablet or smartphone, please bring it with you.

Some examples of what staff can help with include:

  • Libby & Overdrive assistance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Email setup
  • Basic Internet searching
  • Using a tablet or smartphone
  • Scanning and printing photos & documents
  • Library catalog and databases


If you have a particularly thorny issue, please call ahead of time at 352-481-1920. While not necessary, this may allow us adequate time to research your issue.
