Play games with robots! Kids can have some fun with our Ozobots, which are small robots that can detect colors.
Children will get a chance to play with our MakerSpace Ozobots. These small robots like to play games with colors. They can play games on paper, game boards, and more!
A library specialist will be teaching everyone about the robots, and will be available to assist with bringing ideas to life. We will also have lots of learning resources, including color code reference charts and tip sheets, plus several accessories. We'll have race tracks, bowling pins, and wearable gadgets. We'll also have blank paper and markers available if anyone wants to make their own custom games.
This program will give kids a basic introduction to programming—although they may not even realize it!
