Meeting Room

Kids can make their own personalized 1" or 3" buttons to pin to their shirts or backpacks!

At this MakerSpace program, kids will get an up-close look at how pinback buttons are made. They can even help with the process! We will have a large number of pre-selected images available to choose from. Participants are also welcome to bring their own images to use. Once the child selects an image, it will need to be cut to size for a 1" or 3" button and can be placed into a button press machine with the component parts of the button shell. We will then permanently seal the button together. Each child can create multiple custom buttons, which can be pinned to shirts, hats, backpacks or other fabric accessories.

Feel free to drop in anytime from 3:30 to 5:00 PM to join the fun!
