Color your cares away and achieve an inner calm! 

Coloring is a healthy way to relieve anxiety, lower stress levels, and increase mindfulness.  Join us for an hour of relaxing and restorative coloring.  Express your creativity and have fun!  Coloring sheets, markers, crayons, and colored pencils will be provided.
