Join us for an electrifying performance by local artist Rayvon "Purple Kloud" Rollins
In honor of Juneteenth and African American Music History Month, local artist Rayvon "Purple Kloud" Rollins presents "The Art of PyroFuzz."
Purple Kloud calls his style "PyroFuzz," inspired by the "mesmerizing look and feel of Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock when he said his guitar was on fire. Pyro fuzz is a feeling, that fire, that spirit to create something with whatever you have and leave it on the stage burning and smoking." Purple Kloud is a native of the area and a musician in residence in the Shands Arts in Medicine program. He can also be seen performing for WUFT Amplified.
You can read more about Purple Kloud in the Local Artist Spotlight blog series on the ACLD website.
