Start important conversations about future healthcare decisions in a comfortable, supportive environment with Christina from Haven Hospice

If you were in an accident or had a serious illness and were unable to communicate, who would you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf? Christina from Haven Hospice is leading this workshop to help adults of all ages plan ahead because life is unexpected. Participants will be introduced to the Five Wishes document and guided in sharing their healthcare preferences, so their values are understood and respected.
