10:30am - 11:30am
Waldo Branch
Meeting RoomGet ready to launch and test your paper plane design in a friendly flight competition! Participants will explore simple physics concepts while seeing whose plane can fly the farthest.
Join us for a fun, hands-on activity where participants will learn how to fold different styles of paper airplanes and explore how design affects flight. After practicing their folding techniques, participants will test their creations in a friendly competition to see whose plane flies the farthest or stays in the air the longest. Along the way, we’ll talk about simple physics concepts like lift, drag, and balance, and encourage creativity as participants experiment with their designs.
