Celebrate your own written word! Join journalers and papercrafters of all ages. Work on your own art as well as contributing to a library anniversary art collage.

The library will have more than enough supplies for all journalers and collagers, as well as inspirational and how-to books from our collection. You are welcome to bring and share your own art supplies that you feel comfortable sharing. We would love to encourage young children and families to attend--expressing yourself has no minimum, or maximum, age limit.

On October 3rd, the Alachua County Library District celebrates its 40th anniversary. Building libraries starts with our most important element--you! During this event, we will also be working on a large-format collage about what the library is to all of us. We'd love to have your assistance in making this piece, which will be displayed on September 9th during Tower Road's library anniversary event.
