Meeting Room ACelebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by exploring the rich diversity of the Spanish-speaking world. Visitors can pick up a passport and stroll through country-themed tables hosted by community volunteers and language enthusiasts. At each stop, guests can collect a passport stamp, learn a few fascinating facts, discover traditional foods and recipes, browse books featuring travel, culture, and cuisine, and engage in informal conversations about the country.
Throughout the event, music and a continuous slideshow will showcase the landscapes, traditions, and people of the Spanish-speaking world. Families, students, and community members of all ages are invited to stop by, explore at their own pace, and gain a greater appreciation for the cultures that make up the Hispanic world.
