Suwannee River Area Health Education Center designed this program to help you quit tobacco. Each participant receives up to a 4-week supply of FREE nicotine patches, gum or lozenges (when medically appropriate and while supplies last). Call 866-341-2730 for required registration.  This program will provide you with valuable tools that you need to quit tobacco including:
• Talking about what triggers you to smoke, dip, or chew
• Specific ways to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms
• Developing a quit plan that works for you
