Become a more confident participant in your healthcare! This workshop explores how to navigate the healthcare system, communicate your needs, and advocate for yourself while working with healthcare providers. Participants will learn practical strategies for communicating clearly, asking questions, and sharing information about their health so they can take a more active role in their care.
