Meditation is an ancient practice for calming the mind and discovering inner wisdom. We will explore the classic techniques of mind-calming and insight for increased focus, calm, and inner understanding.
Chairs will be provided. You may bring a zafu or cushion if you prefer. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome!

The Library Partnership: A Neighborhood Resource Center, is a collaborative effort between the Alachua County Library District, Partnership for Strong Families, Department of Children and Families, and United Way of Central Florida.
