An ancient Chinese exercise offers arthritis relief through slow, gentle movement. Classes meet one hour twice per week for 8 weeks.

Come join teachers from Elder Options Community Outreach & Healthy Aging every Tuesday and Thursday. Classes meet one hour twice per week for 8 weeks to help reduce chronic pain and risk from falls, and to improve balance, strength, flexibility, movement, and relaxation. 

Class begins Tuesday, January 7, 2020 - Thursday, February 27, 2020 and are FREE.                                    Instructor: Shayne L. Rodney, Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator.

*Comfortable attire is highly recommended and Pre-Registration is required*

About the branch

The Library Partnership: A Neighborhood Resource Center, is a collaborative effort between the Alachua County Library District, Partnership for Strong Families, Department of Children and Families, and United Way of Central Florida.  The center is designed as a one-stop resource for a variety of programs which included a full-service library branch.  Approximately 30 different agencies provide programing on site.
