This class is open to all and appropriate for all levels of practice. A yoga mat, towel or blanket, and comfortable clothing are recommended. Don't have your own mat? Attend 3 classes and receive your own, thanks to YogaLoka! YogaLoka is a charitable organization that brings yoga and meditation to historically marginalized populations.
