Tune in on Facebook or Zoom to join us for a virtual tour of UF's Whitney Lab and to see a ctenophore up close!
What is a ctenophore, exactly? Allison Edgar of UF’s Whitney Lab for Marine Bioscience will take us on a virtual tour of these exotic marine animals. We’ll also do a jellyfish craft!
Each week we will spotlight a different sea creature and you won't believe the fun we will have learning, reading, and exploring the deep. Partners include Santa Fe Zoo, Marine Land, the Sea Turtle Conservancy, UF Whitney Labs, Alachua Audubon Society, Florida Natural History Museum, Save the Manatee Club, and the Volusia Marine Science Center!
Tune in on Facebook or Zoom to share tales and literacy activities with marine animal friends from local zoos, museums, and aquariums.
