Join us each week to create a new fun craft and learn fabric arts basics! Each week in August we will create something different, from macramé fish to ocean-themed plushie animals.
Join us for Sew What?, an event for Elementary age students (5-11 years old) that teaches the basics of different fabric arts. Each week we will have a different craft that kids will make themselves with guidance from Youth Services staff. No experience needed, and all crafts will be adaptable to different skill levels.
Books for each theme will be chosen by the Youth Services team to encourage reading and learning about different animals and sea creatures. Learn the core skills for macramé, sewing, and embroidery and create some fun things to take home! All materials will be provided.
