Come learn a step by step approach to marching drums. Cover basic drum cadences, traditional and match grip styles, "strapping up" with harnesses, marching, and even some "sticking".
Want to rock the snare drum like Nick Cannon in the 2002 classic "Drumline"? Want to try out some marching band moves before you head to those tryouts in High School?
This Summer, when the crew from API takes over your local library, you'll get to learn about all kinds of percussive instruments including cymbals, the bass drum, the tenor drum, and the snare drum.
You'll get to try out the instruments and learn some of the basics of being a part of the drumline in marching band.
So if your ages 12-18 then get ready to strap on a drum and make some music at Drumline Camp for Teens!
