Planning and planner tools to start 2023 off right, BEFORE January 1.

Participants will learn how to engage in episodic future thinking (EFT) and practice zooming out to envision long-term possibilities and then will set up habit trackers that will encourage them to take the small daily steps in the long march to the successful completion of their goals.  Basic supplies, including habit trackers and pens/pencils/markers will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have a favorite writing utensil.
