Together, we will explore mindfulness, visualizations, and more. No meditation experience needed, just a willingness to be.
Caitlyn is a yoga instructor and energy healing facilitator. She found these practices to help with her anxiety. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her 3 rescue dogs, work on jigsaw puzzles, and cook vegan comfort food.
Throughout the summer, you're invited to join us for a variety of programs and presentations during our Adult Summer Camp 2023. Participants are free to come to as many of these programs as they wish. Supplies will be provided and some are limited, where applicable.
