This workshop will cover the importance of computer security, passwords, how to create a safe and easy-to-remember password, how to use password managers, phishing, malware and computer viruses, and safe web surfing. You will leave this workshop with an understanding of where you may be vulnerable and how to reduce risks of someone accessing your computer, mobile phone, or your online accounts. Our ultimate goal will be to come away from this workshop with a personalized action plan to develop 1-2 better habits in our own daily use of computers and the Internet.
