A series of workshops just for teens!
Join us at the Alachua Branch Library for a series of summer workshops throughout June and July just for teens! A local Community Health Educator will present lessons designed to increase teens' confidence in reaching their goals, gain healthy relationship tips, and enhance their communication skills. Topics will include: two lessons on Career/College Readiness and Financial Literacy, Goal Setting and Creating a Vision Board for Your Future, Mental Health and Mindfulness, Healthy Relationships and Friendship, and Communication and Empathy. These workshops are intended for teens ages 12-18.
