Join Rebecca Heflin on Sunday, June 9 at 2:30 p.m. at the Millhopper Branch as she discusses pen names and their impact on creativity, branding, and beyond. Thinking of writing under a pen name? Before you buy that domain name and set up a social media platform, learn the strategic advantages and potential challenges they present for writers. Whether you’re an aspiring author seeking anonymity, a seasoned writer exploring new genres, or simply curious about the psychology behind literary personas, this session promises to enlighten and inspire.

Rebecca Heflin is a bestselling, award-winning author of women’s fiction and contemporary romance. She has dreamed of writing romantic fiction since she was fifteen and her older sister sneaked a copy of Kathleen Woodiwiss’ Shanna to her and told her to read it. Rebecca has received the Florida Writers Association’s Royal Palm Literary Award four times, among many other recognitions.
