Hogtown Reptile Shop staff will bring in some live animal friends to show and teach you about the habitat and care of these wonderful creatures.
Have you ever been curious about native Florida snakes, like a yellow rat snake or a corn snake? Have you wondered about those BIG lizards? Do you want a reptile as a pet?
Now's your chance to learn about reptiles from the local Hogtown Reptile Shop. Staff will bring in some live animals, which could include native snakes, lizards, and geckos! Or, more "exotic" reptiles like a big ball python or a bearded dragon.
Come learn about these fabulous creatures and maybe learn a thing or two about how to care for your current or future reptile pet!

The Library Partnership: A Neighborhood Resource Center, is a collaborative effort between the Alachua County Library District, Partnership for Strong Families, Department of Children and Families, and United Way of Central Florida. The center is designed as a one-stop resource for a variety of programs which included a full-service library branch. Approximately 30 different agencies provide programing on site.
