The Essentials of Estate Planning program will help patrons' make informed decisions about Estate Planning.

Three Rivers legal Services will be presenting information on different aspects of Estate Planning. For example: Durable Power of Attorney, Designation of Healthcare Surrogates, having a will vs not having a will, methods to avoid probate, including Ladybird Deeds for real property, and pay on death beneficiaries for bank accounts.

About the branch

The Library Partnership: A Neighborhood Resource Center, is a collaborative effort between the Alachua County Library District, Partnership for Strong Families, Department of Children and Families, and United Way of Central Florida.  The center is designed as a one-stop resource for a variety of programs which included a full-service library branch.  Approximately 30 different agencies provide programing on site.
