Join Suwannee River Area Health Education Center for this 2 hour class to help you quit using tobacco and nicotine products.

Join Suwannee River Area Health Education Center at the Millhopper Branch on Wednesday, March 13, from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. This program includes:

  • How to handle triggers to smoke, dip, or chew, such as stress
  • Specific ways to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms
  • Developing a personalized quit plan
  • Up to four FREE weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges), if medically appropriate for those 18 years of age or older.
