Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Through soothing touch, it can help improve sleep, ease digestion, relieve discomfort from gas or colic, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Each session is calm, baby-led, and designed to help both parent and child feel more relaxed, connected, and confident.

This hands-on class is for infants under 12 months of age and caregivers.
Items to bring - socks and comfy clothes.

October 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and November 6th
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Caregivers attending all five sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
