Tweens and teens will compete against each other to try and become the Newberry Branch Library's newest Mario Kart champion.

Rev your engines and race to the Newberry Branch Library for this Nintendo Switch Tournament! On March 17th at 3:30 PM, tweens and teens can compete in elimination brackets for a chance to prove their mastery of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The winner will receive a certificate and a prize!

 

A library staff member will be present during gameplay to tabulate race results and ensure friendly and respectful competition.

 

Registration is not required, but it is encouraged because the competition is limited to 16 players. Register in advance and arrive 5 minutes early to guarantee a spot on the starting line!

 

Recommended for ages 8–14.
