Rawrrr Into Reading with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation to discover the world of the Florida Alligator. Paint some rocks and sign up for Summer at the Library!

Join us to kickstart your summer and enjoy meeting folks from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to discover the wild world of alligators. Get a head start by coming at 2:30 to sign up for Summer at the Library.

Our Alligator experience begins at 3:00 pm and afterwards visit our rock painting station to create some painted rocks for the library’s community rock garden. Sign up will continue after the event and get you set up to enjoy our Archer scavenger hunt (find the painted rocks around town), the Archer Summer Reading raffle (Adults, Teens, and Kids 0-11), as well as participation in all of the Library District's fun Summer at the Library events and activities.

Track your reading for fun, prizes, and online badges; participate in discovery track activities online and off; and go to library events all over Alachua County.
